Desktop Support Technician for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Commonwealth Office of Technology's Eastern Field Services Branch.JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is to backfill a Desktop Support position at the State Office Building (SOB) in Frankfort, KY. This position will be based out of SOB but will provide support to several auxiliary buildings in the area. SOB is located at 501 High St in downtown Frankfort. When submitting your candidates, please make sure they would be willing to do an onsite interview with us. Candidates will need to work on desktops, laptops, tablets, copiers, and any type of mobile device. The candidate may also assist with server support, switch support, and wiring. Prior work in a ticketing system is a plus, but not a must. The location supports many high profile agencies including Department of Revenue, Department of Justice, and the State Finance Cabinet so discretion and the ability to pass security certifications is paramount.Vacancy caducado!
