First - I do not want your resume. I am not seeking someone with experience who already knows what to do. If you have experience and already know how to growPLEASE DON'T REPLY. The work is learning Indoor Cannabis farming, year-round, with one total breakdown and heavy clean up, per year (or actually two).
This is an ad for a new trainee, someone that wants to learn. If you currently reside already within the Nation's Capitol, in Washington or Maryland or Virginia, I am sorry but you do not qualify. You must relocate into D.C. I will also get you here by paying your ticket.
You need to examine my ad, and determine if you would like to learn this work, under these terms; terms are non-negotiable. I'd like someone from outside of "The Swamp" of Washington DC, with some experience living in the real-world where hardwork is still respected; I'd also like someone with good work ethic.
Again, if you are living in or near Washington D.C. now, this is not for you. I posted this in Kansas, for good reason, ok; this is a RELOCATION deal. I'll definitely get you out here. You will go through some interviews, before I bring you out here.
No experience in the Cannabis Industry is needed. You will ultimately be trained in fully operating the residence and grows - which also includes operating electronic surveillance of the residence, for security; no surveillance is in private bath/bedrooms. This all takes some learning and also hardwork and a set schedule; again, you need to be dedicated and willing to learn. I
I am currently completing a degree program to soon attend Law School. So, you will come in and operate the home residence in DC; by the time I start law school, you will be trained well and can run the grow and the residence. I want a candidate interested in the cannabis industry who wants to grow; after we get started, I will bring on a marketing researcher and sales person to help; here is where you will go from receiving your room, board, meals, in exchange for your hard work - to receivinga percentage of harvests.
You will settle in as the Residence Caretaker. This is also a highly private position; you will live and work in close proximity with me, full time for the initial 6-8months or a bit longer.
You pay $0.00 in rent, in exchange for your time and effort. Your long-term will be operating both the residence - about 2700-3000 per month - and a legally compliant Indoor Cannabis Farm under my direct supervision, learning from me. AND, you will also learn conducting security and surveillance work for the residence site itself also according to my methods. The work is regimented and is demanding, but it is also a respectable and clean atmosphere, and the potential for earnings is reflected in what you see in the Cannabis Industry. Your financial earnings (after about 8months or so) will be based on percentages of every harvest, several per year.
To begin, your pay is your room and your board and Training. Also as a part of your duties - you will work with me EVERY DAY for prepping one daily meal (dinners); in this residence - working as a team - we break bread together daily as part of the routine. There's no exceptions here; this is where we communicate and discuss things; however, once we bring on our next team member, prep and grocery duties are shared.
You will also be well-trained in cannabis laws, and in site security, and surveillance. Remember, if you're already experienced, this is NOT FOR YOU. This is for a brand newbie, without any grow experience. Your training will take place over the course of about 1 year (or even less), before profit - funds start coming (equipment is all paid for already).
Starting out, you will receive room, board, your training, your meals which you participate in, more training, some shared cannabis will ne available. You will live in home in Washington DC; this will be a two bedroom that is nice. Grow areas will take priority; we will try for 2nd and a den/office.
You assist as a 100% teammate in direct setup and commencement of operations; day to day living involves grow, grow, home caretaking and cleaning routine (must keep extra clean to mitigate pests), and meals daily. All cost is covered - you don't pay for rent or equipment or utilities or even food. You must be ready to dedicate and stay busy as required. During this time, you reside in house, you will have a room (one more person will ultimately also bunk in the same room with you because I am bringing in one other person who you can help me decide on), your food and utilities and rent are all taken care of here - yet, obviously, you'll need to relocate and shift your residency to DC, there's no room to budge here and you'll have a DC ID, period. The residence is fully paid for, for permanent; in fact, I am ready for you now.
You cannot do this, plus a job; remember also, that I don't want your resume. I will select candidates and interview to selection. I will have a 3-4 person team put together after a year or two; you will be first, and your duties are Cannabis and Surveillance-Security (performed using equipment - not brute force - you are not security guard).
You also must lose the smartphone/cellphone, as none are allowed at the facility, period; Internet and TV is available in home. Again, the residence will be valued at about a $3000 per month, very good condition. You will have access to internet, comms, but via the Ethernet cable and device located within the home. You can have dedicated device as needed. The property will not be junky; part of your training will be communications protocols at the facility, and as lead grower. You will be trained to, and then be expected to, operate the entire property. Your profits come (when ours come) - once we get you trained and cycling harvests and our marketing and sales teammate sets us up our clients.
I would like a professional and would like to consider Hardship Applicants firstformerly incarcerated, cannabis felonies resulted in your inability to find work, injured or struggled with some unique hardship; this is your responsibility to articulate. However, this can get you first in line.
Again, I am working to complete a degree, and to apply to law school; you will reside with me as "cannabis caretaker/caregiver." This is a definite full time commitment in Washington D.C. in a nice home. You will be 100% trained at/within the residence to meticulously produce superfine Indoor Cannabis at high quality, and also as my personal assistant and cannabis caregiver. Additionally, you will be well-trained to maintain electronic surveillance of the residential property, to know and understand cannabis laws in detail (if you already know all of thisthis is NOT for you).
This is a highly regimented deal; you really will have virtually no personal time for 6-10 months; you should be someone interested in working in the Cannabis Industry as a Indoor Grower. After the LEGAL cannabis growing is set, and cycled, and I have the next team member in and operating, then we will share profits. Please be sure you are interested, and that you meet criteria, before reaching out.
Everything is supplied and paid for (location, equipment, power, etc.); please know and understand that this is NOT FOR CRIMINAL, ILLICIT CANNABIS. This is for LEGAL CANNABIS, privately produced. I SAY THIS AGAIN - if you are already experienced and know all about cannabis and sales, etc. - THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. I puff daily, but if you are anti-religion, this also likely won't be for you. Religious pictures and displays are in my home; I practice my faith, and attend church. Again, I also puff toughand I don't press this belief on you. But if this offends you - don't reach out. Again, first priority to hardship cases; this is your responsibility to detail. Your first 6-10 months are highly compartmented within and to and from the home; you will be very busy, learning, helping with daily meals, etc. Once I start Law School, you should be able to run the residence and rooms. You need to be very loyal, honest, dedicated, able to take directions.
