Wells Fargo will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support the Repository Engineering team, part of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for Digital platform engineering. This role will support the ECM Center of Excellence Delivery teams for layered vendor production installation, administration, and production support; setup, cloud transformation, supporting mainframe apps, and supporting delivery and production for multiple "crown jewel" customer-facing applications.In this role, you will:

Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity especially for our content management platforms like IBM FileNet, etc.

Supports deployments, troubleshooting and activities for ECM COE applications

Ensure all components are functioning consistently through environments defined in the Development Life Cycle

Drive solutions to reduce recovery time; contribute by increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks

Partner with cross-organizational teams to ensure end-to-end platform engineering capabilities are implemented, ensuring resilience, high performance, and high availability of the applications

Maintain and guide automation, execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements

Manage, coordinate, and communicate solutions, and root cause analysis

Provide technical consultation and support in the development of end-to-end automated software solutions capable of interfacing and integrating with in-house developed or vendor developed solutions or plug-ins via APIs and web services.

Be responsible for production deployments, ensuring governance and controls and act as a gatekeeper for any production environment changes

Learn new tools and concepts in platform engineering space to implement automation, building and testing CI/CD pipelines,

Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Employ new technologies for key management, build resilient systems, security concepts, microservices based architecture, building Active-Active solutions

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)

4 + years of experience working with an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Service Oriented Architecture Enablement or Webservice architecture or REST based design or platform technologies or cloud native tech stack

3+ years of environment test coordination, code deployment, release management and communication.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle for cloud solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance

Experience troubleshooting incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures

Experience supporting technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud applications at the direction of lead architects, including largescale data processing

Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management principles and practices

Familiarity with IBM FileNet Administration and Development

Expertise in IBM Content Manager / Content Manager On Demand

Understanding of Cloud native technologies and concepts

3+ Years experience in API or Microservices development

4+ years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management Solutions (ITSM)

Ability to lead and manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics

Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches

Experience with a customer service mindset and a focus on continuous improvement

4+ years of distributed servers platform experience

4+ years of application production support experience

Experience in Ansible, Prometheus, and Cloud engineering concepts etc.

Experience in implementation of security concepts, and cloud native technologies

Experience in providing directions to leverage different platform tools like Google logging or Grafana, ThousandEyes or Harness to build different platform capabilities or any other monitoring or alerting tools (Splunk, AppDynamics etc.)

Experience / Knowledge of KMIP Encryption and/or S3 Storage

Ability to adopt an expert engineering mindset and attitude towards learning; ready to face new technical challenges.
