About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for our Chief Operating Office responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.Help us build a better Wells Fargo. Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Translate business requirements into a technology epics and create deliverable stories.

Support a culture of pro-active ownership to drive deliverables in sprints, on-time, and with consistent quality

Serves as the primary liaison between the business unit and various support partners (EFT, BPM Tech) in achieving business deliverables; includes: planning and implementation of strategies, policies and process advancements around iGrafx tool and functionality

Develops and implements reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analysis

Responsible for supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), business communication, education during release cycles

Responsible for all data remediation and partnering with Process Change Management and BPM Factory team to remediate all data exceptions/ remediation

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of Business Process Management experience or 4+ years of Data Management experience

Ability to build cross functional relationships and support change management while still maintaining trust with partners

Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-based recommendations with accuracy and attention to details

Ability to execute in fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Ability to understand moderate to complex data and technology integrations/models.

Hands-on experience with process modeling tools like iGrafx, MEGA HOPEX, ARIS.

Knowledge of content management platforms such as Open Text

Working knowledge of Process Automation/Improvement/Mining platforms like Alfresco or Celonis

Prior experience in Master Data Management and Governance functions

Agile experience

JIRA experience

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Must be able to report to the physical location according to the 3/2 hybrid schedule
