Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Payments industry, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications. You will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications while ensuring accuracy Maintain and manage customer credit records meticulously Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing quality customer service Foster customer self-service by promoting tools like IVR and Web Assist customers in making phone payments, providing alternate payment options when necessary Navigate through customer service systems and tools to service customers effectively Provide customers with information about promotions, new or upgraded products Quote rates to customers, encouraging them to utilize prepay options Open trouble tickets to address specific customer issues, following existing procedures to solve standard problems Maintain call center metrics and quality scores, receiving instruction, guidance, and direction from others as needed.
