Senior Analyst - HR ComplianceUSA, Illinois, Lake CountyNewHuman ResourcesRequisition #2002225Purpose:The Senior Analyst, HR Compliance will support HR compliance related matters including the design, implementation, and management of affirmative action programs and other HR compliance related matters that support our business needs.Responsibilities:

Analyzes information for Affirmative Action Plan compliance and internal reporting purposes including ad-hoc reports and provides recommendations to management based on findings

Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state employment practice laws and requirements to ensure company compliance

Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures in areas such as recruitment, training and development, promotion and retention

Collaborates with internal and external partners to assist in driving Affirmative Action Plan compliance and initiatives in alignment with company strategies

Conducts internal audits. Analyzes and prepares data and materials for OFCCP audit responses and submissions.

Responds to complex questions from internal clients and works on special projects related to diversity and inclusion and Affirmative Action compliance.

Produce ad hoc reports as required, often combining data from multiple sources to achieve desired results

Maintains HR data integrity by proactively conducting audits and researching/updating data

Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate

Support HR related initiatives and other projects as needed

B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources or related area

Total reporting/analytics experience level of 5 years, with a minimum of 2 years affirmative action experience

High Proficiency in all Microsoft products, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Strong knowledge and experience in data and statistical analyses

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn quickly through instruction and self-training

Excellent analytical, interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret, communicate and explain information in non-technical terms

Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Project management experience

Must be able to work independently and effectively collaborate across teams
