As the Veris Sales Support Representative for our Therma-Tru brand, you will help deliver a superior sales experience for the Veris quote to order fulfillment process. This includes managing customer projects from quote through order, design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation, with a goal of 100% accuracy and on-time delivery. You will ensure the successful execution of quotes and orders, spearheading all internal efforts, ensuring all affected departments are aware of deadlines. You will be responsible for developing relationships and driving orders with targeted dealer, builder & architect segments. This includes contacting new leads, following-up on quote requests, and discussing projects with new and existing customers. You will be expected to collaborate with outside sales reps and dealers to support revenue generating activities and key channel partner follow-up.Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness, and recreation.What you will be doing:Support Veris quotes, sales and order fulfillment function, which includes identifying process improvement opportunities that increase overall accuracy, speed, and customer experience.Work with sales and other departments to develop and implement the appropriate resolution for escaladed order issues.Communicate effectively with customers and assist with team follow up communication.Respond timely to customer and sales team inquiries, answer technical questions, and provide expertise on custom products and solutions to help convert quotes and fulfill orders.Meet goals for calls, quote requests, sales, Expected Revenue and Order Retention in alignment with strategic growth dept goals.Work with the Sales Support Supervisor to manage the order backlog and proactively communicate with Operations, Production Planning and Customers to prioritize the schedule, meet organizational metrics and exceed customer expectations.Ensure that new customers have been entered into the CRM Database, and that all communication (emails, phone calls, literature requests, etc.) with a customer are added to the communication logProactively own the Veris order from quote to fulfillment including customer and key stakeholder relationships with a high sense of urgency and solution focused approach.Deliver a superior sales experience for the Veris quote to order fulfillment process. This includes managing customer projects from quote through order, design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation, with a goal of 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.Review quotes & orders for accuracy, ensuring that all purchase orders match the drawings, and prepare change orders as needed.Ensure project documents are signed, completed, and filed appropriately in the job's respective folder.Gather specific delivery requirements including customer ready dates, to ensure Delivery and Logistics Teams can meet customer expectations.Work collaboratively with key channel partners including OSRs, distributors and dealers.Collaborate with other functional areas (Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Engineering, Marketing, Drafting /Cutlist, Production and Category Management) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
