As the Senior Director, B2B Channel Marketing at Moen, you will be a key leader in shaping and guiding wholesale marketing strategies across our distribution network. This role is essential in supporting growth, expanding Moen’s presence within key trade sectors, and delivering meaningful market results. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, foster trusted partnerships, and implement insight-driven strategies to enhance brand relevance and channel performance.You will collaborate across functions—including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, eCommerce, Finance, and Operations—to ensure a cohesive and integrated go-to-market experience. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.What you will be doingDevelop and guide innovative wholesale channel marketing strategies aligned to business and brand goals, identifying opportunities for growth across distributor and trade networks.Oversee planning and implementation of campaigns and programs tailored to wholesale and trade audiences, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate wholesale channel marketing into broader company initiatives.Use data, insights, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Adobe, Google Analytics) to assess performance, recognize trends, and enhance marketing effectiveness.Design and launch demand-generation programs, including promotions and campaigns, to support distributor and trade engagement.Provide wholesale partners with enablement tools, training resources, and coordinated go-to-market support to help drive success.Conduct competitive market research to assess trends, uncover insights, and inform strategic direction.Manage and optimize the wholesale channel marketing budget with an emphasis on long-term value.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of strategies across all touchpoints.
