Senior Manager Logistics Operations

Reporting to the Director, Logistics, this high visibility position is responsible for leading a team of logistic professionals who manage the logistics operations for multiple brands within the FBIN network.  Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the supply chain.Responsible for implementing processes to drive high service metrics as well as achieve cost and freight % of sales metrics.Develop and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.Identify continuous improvement opportunities for both cost and service initiatives through data analysis with internal and external customer engagement.Act as lead for all logistics operational planning and strategies within your brands.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics team.Mentor and develop bench strength across the team to build a path for future logistics leaders.
