We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Public Relations Brand Manager to lead our PR efforts for multiple brands within our Outdoors portfolio. The Public Relations Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for consumer products and a track record of success in PR and brand management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the objectives of each brand, ensuring consistency and synergy across all communications.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and media opportunities for our brands.Develop and implement crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage PR issues and reputational risks, ensuring brand integrity and trust.Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to announce new products, initiatives, and brand partnerships.Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive brand growth.Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing insights and recommendations to optimize PR strategies.Serve as a spokesperson for our brands, effectively communicating key messages and brand narratives to media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders.Plan and coordinate press events, product launches, and brand activations to generate media buzz and increase brand visibility.Collaborate with social media and brand teams to integrate PR initiatives into social media strategies, leveraging digital channels to amplify brand messaging and engage consumers.Support the Brand Communications team in developing crisis communication plans and protocols, providing guidance and assistance in managing PR issues and reputational risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of PR and media strategies with overall brand objectives.Track and analyze PR metrics, media coverage, and campaign performance to evaluate the effectiveness of PR strategies and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
