We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Office team as Sales Trainees. As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in sales. Responsibilities:

Learning and development: As a Sales Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to undergo comprehensive training to gain a deep understanding of our products, sales techniques, and industry best practices. You will participate in both classroom and on-the-job training to build a strong foundation in sales.

Prospecting and lead generation: You will learn how to identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals. You will contribute to building a robust pipeline of leads for the sales team.

Customer engagement: As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our products and services. You will learn how to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.

Sales support: You will work closely with the sales team, providing them with assistance in preparing sales materials, conducting market research, and coordinating sales activities. This will give you hands-on experience in supporting the sales process from start to finish.

Relationship building: Building strong relationships with clients is crucial in sales. You will learn how to establish rapport, actively listen to customers, and develop trust and credibility. You will also be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
