We are looking for a few aggressive sales representatives that enjoy being around exotic cars and luxury wheels. Rohana Wheels manufacture luxury wheels that are distributed domestically and internationally. Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $18 plus commission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build new customer relations.
- Close renewal business consistently at or above quota level.
- Responsible for all client communication.
- Hit the phones hard and generate new business.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily.
- Following up with clients during the post-sale process to ensure satisfaction.
- Exhibit a professional profile that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
- Support other operational units within the office to achieve maximum return on opportunity for Rohana Wheels.
Requirements
If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited income and want to continue a career as a sales representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you.
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
- Basic MS Office and QuickBooks knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- 2+ years of automotive experience (wheels and tires) preferred or a strong passion in automotive
