Darpet Doors & Trim is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Chinese-speaking Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base within the Chinese-speaking market, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the Chinese-speaking market segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our door products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the door industry or construction industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
