We are currently seeking a full-time leasing agent for our very busy Itasca office!
We are looking for a dedicated, confident, energetic, outgoing agent! Some sales experience is necessary and the ability to work independently is a must!
About the Job:
Leasing agent will be responsible for independent leasing strategies, screening incoming inquiries, touring apartments with potential tenants and basic administrative duties.
Requirements:
· People friendly, courteous, confident, energetic and outgoing!
· Professional oral and written communication skills
· Ability to organize and work independently
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Basic Computer Skills
· Candidates must possess an Illinois State leasing license or be willing to obtain one
· Must be available weekdays until 6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
