Real State company is searching for an enthusiastic individual to fill a position to work immediately.
Responsibilities and duties:
Perform General Office Functions: Data Entry in Excel and Google sheets, processing reports, scanning, organize and file all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork.
Screening, following up with potential tenants and collections.
Maintain and update rental records in the database
Answer incoming calls from prospective & current tenants, setting appointments for showings, return missed calls.
Accept service requests from residents and schedule with maintenance for prompt processing
Job requirements:
2 years experience as Real State Rental clerk
PC proficient, Strong Excel knowledge, Microsoft Word, Google sheets, Social Media
Problem solver and analytical thinking.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Punctual and with attention to detail.
Bilingual is a plus.
