A fast-casual restaurant in the Loop has been in business for over 20 years at the same location. We serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. The owner is retiring and is seeking a manager or a cook with the following desired qualifications:
Experience as a manager, kitchen manager, or cook, and eagerness to grow into a management role.
Enjoys cooking and demonstrates proficiency in training others.
Exhibits leadership qualities through personal actions.
Proficient in basic IT skills, including spreadsheets and restaurant POS systems.
Takes ownership of responsibilities.
Demonstrates a willingness to learn and cross-train in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Holds a valid driver's license.
