Assistant Manager – Wolf & Company Restaurant

Status: Full-Time

We are looking for Assistant General Manager to help lead the team, support smooth daily operations and ensure every guest’s experience feels warm, easy and elevated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision and Training.
- Oversee and manage staff during shifts, ensuring that everyone is performing their duties efficiently.
- Help with organizing and training new employees and help with ongoing staff development.
- Help with scheduling and ensuring the restaurant is adequately staffed.
- Make cuts at appropriate times.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and supporting staff.
- Ensure clear communication between kitchen staff, servers, and management.
- Help handling any interpersonal issues among the team and provide solutions when needed.
Customer Service:
- Ensure guests have a positive experience by addressing any complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.
- Monitor the dining floor to ensure all customers are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Handle any escalated customer issues in the absence of the GM.
Operations Management:
- Ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and service.
- Assist in managing inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and ordered when needed.
- Make sure that the bar and dining area are properly stocked and that equipment is working properly.
Assisting in Management Tasks:
- Assist the general manager with daily tasks and take on their responsibilities in their absence.
- Help with performance evaluations, staff discipline, and employee recognition.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process as needed.
