Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
-Manage staff training, and performance evaluations to promote a positive work environment.
-Oversee inventory control and restock
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
-Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing.
Experience:
-Proven experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
-Strong background in management
-Familiarity with POS systems, particularly TOAST POS, is highly desirable.
-Experience in shift management with the ability to lead a team effectively during peak hours.
