Join the team at Fountain Blue Banquets, where we bring unforgettable events to life! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Server to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up for events by placing tablecloths, arranging table settings, and setting up a buffet or other special food services.
- Serve all food and beverages to guests promptly and according to event guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Break down after events, cleaning tables and event areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Server or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends, with availability for some weekdays and weeknights as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
