Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
Taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Upselling menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 21 years old and have legal authorization to work in the United States
