The Chicago office is place where clients co-create, collaborate and learn with our Accenture teams. We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with amazing customer service and hospitality skills. This role will provide office operations services and white-glove customer support.Job Description: The Workplace Office Experience Coordinator position executes the services in their area(s) of responsibility under supervision for a moderate to large size location. Scope may include a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered on-site at an Accenture location.Key Responsibilities:

Support health and safety initiatives for Chicago

Manage Fitwel certification documentation and activities

Complete various tasks to support the physical access control and security badge operations for Chicago

Point of contact during business hours for responding to critical escalations from our Security Operations Center

Manage and audit daily storage lockers

Maintain health and life safety equipment and supplies

Carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety and maintain records

Monitor critical spaces throughout the day to identify maintenance issues and appropriately escalate, including door hardware and cameras

Act as a point of contact for external providers (e.g., cleaning contractors, maintenance vendors)

Additional Responsibilities:

May greet/direct employees and visitors, answer general inquires, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource

May process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering & equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy

May set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment

May provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed

May stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., reception area, copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.)

May provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers)

May provide support related to on-site catering

May handle or coordinate process large-scale duplicating projects including copying, collating, assembly and binding

May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines

Requirements:

Working Hours: 6 am to 3 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (1 FTE per shift)

Ability to work occasional overtime and/or flex schedule to support various shifts

Occasional response to after- hours calls regarding office emergencies

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or hospitality experience

Preferred Skills:

Passionate about customer service

Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)

Comfortable with technology and social media (advanced skills a plus)

Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
