Job DescriptionChats Cloud Cover is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate has experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage events including conferences, corporate gatherings, workshops, and internal functionsCoordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setupMaintain budgets and ensure events stay within financial limitsManage timelines and event schedulesLiaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality service deliveryProvide on-site event support and troubleshooting as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand and messagingTrack event performance and provide post-event reports and evaluations
