Paralegal

Description We are looking for a diligent Paralegal to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will primarily be involved in business immigration tasks, preparing necessary documentation and forms for our clients. This position requires a strong command of the Spanish language as you will be working closely with Spanish-speaking clients. Responsibilities: Conduct intake interviews with Spanish-speaking clients to gather necessary information for immigration processes Prepare and process immigration documentation and forms for business clients Use immigration software to input data and track the progress of client applications Collaborate with another immigration attorney to ensure all client needs are met Handle general paralegal tasks as required in addition to immigration-related duties Maintain regular contact with both the clients and the individuals seeking employment through them Ensure all documentation is accurately prepared to facilitate the employment eligibility of individuals Provide support in interviewing processes, particularly with Spanish-speaking individuals Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action as needed Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and immigration procedures. Requirements Demonstrable experience in Employment-Based Immigration Proficiency in Immigration Law Experience in conducting Intake Interviews Fluency in Spanish Language Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with legal research tools and procedures Must possess strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
