Description We are inviting applications for a Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant in the non-profit industry, based in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves handling customer service inquiries, data entry tasks, and managing both inbound and outbound communication in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous service to all callers Assist in outbound calls whenever necessary, ensuring clear and effective communication Offer high-quality customer service, resolving any customer issues in a timely and detail oriented manner Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency at all times Oversee email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly and in a detail oriented manner Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to effectively manage and organize work Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth scheduling Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records are maintained at all times Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.Requirements Spanish Bilingual Proficiency Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls with patience and professionalism. Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction. Proficiency in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication. Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, appointments, and tasks. Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations. Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
