For our Director position, you are responsible for effectively and efficiently running all daily operations. We are looking for a highly driven and committed individual who wants to be an inspiration to the young staff we are providing jobs and life skills for, as well as helping families bond, grow and become a larger family with us!
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with a FANTASTIC monthly FREE child care, paid time off, paid holidays and paid trainings.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assists with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating and interpreting standards with teachers.
Ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place at the center.
Childcare director is on site in a non-teaching capacity but may be in a teaching capacity during the first hour and last hour a program that operates 10 or more hours per day or when attendance falls below 50 children.
Conduct tours for prospective parents and enrolling new families.
Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.
Hire, engage and develop a team to be passionate and committed professionals.
Monitoring and managing the financial progress of the center.
Job Requirements:
MUST be DCFS certified
MUST be at least 21 year old.
MUST have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED).
1-2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain desirable

Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000 per year
ONLY INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE EDUCATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CHILDCARE CENTER DIRECTOR WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
