Seasoned Accountant for Small Multi-Company Family Business:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks including payroll, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in fast paced environment, work with multiple companies and ability to switch gears as required. Clear understanding of GAAP accounting rules and procedures. Duties include but are not limited to: Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, Financial Statement preparation, Payroll Taxes, Payroll Tax Returns, Sales Tax, Cash Management, Financial Analysis and Reporting. This position is on site - no remote.
