Office Admin

Stone Surfaces is seeking a professional, compassionate and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Office Admin.

Stone Surfaces drug screens all new employees.

The description for this position is as follows:

Welcome clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. Coordinating with the company's different departments.

Inputting jobs into our software, Scheduling jobs and in-person appointments if needed.

Handle and route office email. Will be trained to do simple estimates.

Helps client by providing information, services, and assistance.

Secures client information and maintains client's confidence by safeguarding records and keeping client's information confidential.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience as an office receptionist, general office procedures and practice.

Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills. Able to pay attention to detail.

High school diploma or GED

Computer literate and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Applicants possess the above qualifications plus:

Experience working in a construction/contractor environment

Experience with Excel and good Mathematical skills.

Stone Surfaces is a local countertop fabricator and installer in the Treasure Valley. We are currently fabricating for new construction,

commercial and residential. We also do countertops repair and warranty.
