Recruitment Operations SpecialistThe Recruitment Operations Specialist will develop and implement strategies to enhance the operational efficiency of the Recruitment team. This role is highly cross-functional, and your ability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders is key. The goal is to always ensure that, when possible, all solutions are globally compliant and scalable.What You Will Do
Lead the work to improve recruiting processes and ensure we are utilizing the recruiting tools we have.
Act as the project coordinator for critical recruiting programs such as onboarding and employee referral and identify areas of improvement
Develop templates, documents and guides for recruiting, interviewers and hiring managers
Manage optimization and our partnerships with recruiting technology and tool vendors
Provide project sourcing support using our technology to our recruiters
Reporting: develop and implement actionable reporting to show status of recruitment team.
To Be Successful You Will
Have 3+ years of professional experience in HR or recruitment with focus on optimizing operations
Be highly effective at managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, and communication across teams
Have strong people analytics skills with previous experience developing recruitment reporting
Senior presence: ability to work side-by-side with and influence senior leaders
Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency and excellent follow through
