As the Operations Manager, Refurb, you will plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of location operations to achieve company goals and objectives. Interprets company standards, establishes, and maintains policy and practice to meet company operational needs. In addition, you will monitor and maintain control over budget, material use, costs, safety program, and facility wide needs.OVERVIEW:

JOB DUTIES:Focuses on making sure designs can be realized on quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Administration Responsibilities to ensure all policies and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with company policy
Provide status reports to the VP of Operations or others within the Leadership Team as required
Develop a professional team to enable the profitable growth of the business
Work with HR to develop staffing and succession planning, performance reviews, promotions, discipline, and terminations
Support the Sales team with active participation in customer meetings as required; Assists in the preparation of proposals, and original and renewal bids for products and or services
Works with Senior Management in the establishment of forecasts, strategic positions and plans for markets, regions, specific customers and products
Manages the development of objectives, strategies and ensures their execution in order to achieve goals
Research solutions and guide team forward when various conflicts arise
Serve as focal point for communication across departments and customers on product status, progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and will further ensure that all federal, state, and local requirements for industrial hygiene and safety are fulfilled
Support optimization efforts
Develop best practices and drive continuous improvement
Team Player
Supports management and client meetings
Works with team leads to identify as well as resolve issues
Understands team dynamics and how to best communicate

BS Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field (Preferred)
Initiates and maintains strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts presentations and tours in support of customer relations. Enhances customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service support.
Previous experience in the semi-conductor business preferred
Prior FAB experience and semiconductor tool maintenance highly desirable
Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaborative skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
10-15 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory / managerial role in a production environment
Proficient in Lean Manufacturing (Lean Six Sigma cert preferred but not required)
Superior knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
Strong organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects / priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in ERP system (Epicor highly desired but not required)
