As the Commercial Program & Contract Administration Support, you will be an integral part of a world-class project management team, driving flawless execution and outstanding outcomes.Responsibilities

Reduce project risks by carefully planning and managing potential challenges.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure safe and proper execution of projects.

Ensure compliance with Micron’s health and safety policies, standards, and procedures.

Prepare and present monthly project reports at meetings.

Support negotiations, manage contractual changes, and resolve disputes with contractors.

Assess and prepare claims from suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations.

Ensure project members adhere strictly to contract requirements.

Review and renew contracts before expiration to ensure continuity.

Collaborate with external collaborators, including local government officials, lawyers, architects, and contractors.

Review payment requests and coordinate approvals in conjunction with the Project Manager or cost control department.

Monitor, enforce, and address project execution related to contractual obligations.

Advance any non-compliant contractual performance issues.

Serve as the first point of contact for contract disagreements.

Provide input for supplier performance evaluations and issue supplier quality notices (SQN) when necessary.

Understand market conditions from both cost and construction law perspectives to develop contractual strategies.

Connect and communicate with the broader Micron procurement organization to ensure consistent supplier messaging.

Coordinate non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and other joint agreements for the Mask Technology Center.

Maintain a detailed filing system for all vendor, material, and service receipts.

Communicate purchasing strategies for assigned construction projects.

Collaborate with Micron finance and planning teams regarding budgets and cash flow.

Work with global procurement to negotiate contracts and issue purchase orders.

Ensure accurate implementation of Micron's supplier on-boarding process.

Lead site supplier performance and relationships.

Own procurement processes for designated areas and accounts.

Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs.

Support capital budgeting and cash flow management.

Implement cost savings and process improvement programs.

Serve as a consultant for procurement processes and supplier issues.

Support site audits.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in contract management, building and construction, or engineering.

Preferred certifications include professional certification through the National Contract Management Association, Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), CPC40320 Certificate IV in Building Project Support, or any other relevant certification as an added advantage.
