We partner with the BB team members to identify gaps and/or risks to ID1 FOAK/SOAK tools and confirm Critical Path/Roter Rooter lots are tracking to schedule w/o risk to facility readiness. We also collaborate with Tool Owner and Suppliers on early services needs and drive FMEA efforts to reduce risks!Responsibilities:
Reviews and applies job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA) for work being performed.
Supports risk and/or failure mode and effects analysis
Follows all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws including PPE, COHE (lockout /tagout) and chemical safety.
Follows-up on safety and quality related issues immediately and works towards resolution with collaborators.
Actively participates in the EHS program by reporting all EHS-related concerns or problems immediately (maximum 24 hours).
Leads quality improvement initiatives to reduce Fab impacts and improve efficiency.
Works alongside with key collaborators to develop solutions to continuously improve critical metrics.
Coordinates with collaborators and leaders on issues and changes, and provides regular status updates.
Performs project cost estimates, forecasts, project cash flows and capital budget acquisition.
Controls and monitors budget and project spending against the approved funds.
Controls scope during the design and construction phases to maintain cost and schedule control.
Ensures requirements of ECBP are followed.
Leads projects to ensure results are completed within the required scope, schedule and budget.
Supervises actions and provides critical issue path or resources to ensure actions will be completed on time.
Defines and leads sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects of critical importance to Micron.
Ensures regular communication to partners of project status, roadblocks, and path to success.
Ensures that scope meets requestor needs.
Coordinates and leads meetings and initiates follow-up actions.
Follows organisational change procedures.
Supports of develops RFQs for construction activities and leads vendor selection.
Leads vendor contract during execution of projects.
Collaborates with Procurement and Global Facilities to handle competitive bidding processes aligned to selected project strategy.
Analyzes systems data to make critical decisions, improve performance, gain efficiency, and drive cost savings.
Provides effective and timely guidance to resolve issues and is highly engaged in key problem resolution.
Supports a culture of TPM.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree or Certification/Licensing in one of the following - Engineering, Construction Manager, Project Management.
5+ years of Tool Install Project Management Experience within the Semiconductor Industry.
5+ years of experience in Data extraction, data analysis, and data reporting.
Experience in presenting technical information small to large audiences.
5+ years of Experience in uisng Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
Experience with Tool Install Project Management for a Memory Semiconductor Fab.
