EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school graduate
1-year previous property management, inspection or maintenance experience preferred (Real Estate license not necessary. Will train the right person)
Have own car and a valid driver's license
Excellent work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Ability to demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Conduct routine inspections
Conduct pre move-in and move-out inspections
Work closely with property managers and maintenance department
Assist with coordinating repairs and maintenance
WORK HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Hours: Full-timeMonday through Friday 8:30-5:00 pm (however, hours may vary and must be open to working after hours and weekends if needed).
Compensation: Salary based on experience.
