Qualifications:
-Active Hawaii Real Estate License REQUIRED
-Previous property management experience preferred
-Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
-Effective verbal and written communication
-Able to work in a team environment
-Reliable transportation, driving required
-Japanese speaking a plus
