EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school graduate
MUST HAVE ACTIVE HAWAII REAL ESTATE LICENSE
1-year previous Property Manager experience, preferred
Have own car and a valid driver's license
Excellent work ethic
Detail-oriented
Exceptionally organized
Positive attitude
Reliable
Effective follow up skills
Proactive and takes great initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Ability to demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication
PROPERTY MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Show properties
Conduct move-in and move-out of tenants
Property inspections
Assist with repairs
Handling complaints/emergencies
Maintain good relationship with tenants
WORK HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Hours
-Full-timeMonday through Friday 8:30-5:00 pm (however, hours may vary and must be open to working after hours and weekends if needed).
-Part-time hoursTo be determined.
Compensation: Salary based on experience.
