Seeking EXPERIENCED Part-Time Site Manager for Homeowner’s Condominium Association on Oahu.
Must have previous Site Management experience of 2 years, plus knowledge in maintenance repairs, landscaping/irrigation, and able to read construction drawings.
Must also have good communication and organizational skills and at least intermediate level computer skills. Google email, Word, and Excel
Must be a people person, self -motivated, able to work independently and lead a team.
Must be a diplomatic problem solver during emergency situations; ensures that any emergency that may arise on site is responded to promptly and assigns staff, including self, to be available in this event.
+Driving is required and a reliable vehicle with current safety and registration is necessary.
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property, and the day to day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs/projects that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building Association.
This includes working with a Board of directors and Management, maintaining trouble-free buildings and grounds (including operational security systems, irrigation and lighting operations), managing outside vendors and contractors, maintaining business records, and the safety and security of residents.
