Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filling vacant properties efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention, and contributing to the overall performance and value growth of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and coordinate property showings, providing detailed information and answering prospective renters' queries.
Review and process rental applications to select qualified tenants.
Engage with tenants to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive living environment.
Expected Results:
1. Filling Vacant Properties: Effective coordination of property showings and diligent review of rental applications to minimize vacancy
periods.
2. Strengthened Tenant Relationships and Retention: Maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention through excellent service and
engagement, measured by tenant retention rates and satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and residential properties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
