Job Opening: Condo Association Management

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for community management? We're looking for a Condo Association Manager, Resident Manager, or Day time Facility Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our different condo communities. If you have experience in property management, financial planning, and a knack for fostering positive relationships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reserve fund management- multi-tasking and flexibility to work with different people.

Enforce association rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.

Coordinate maintenance and repair projects, ensuring quality work and timely completion.

Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, residents, and vendors.

Willing to visit and report on maintenance issues with owners or the common elements.

Some yard work or other physical labor is required, state preference.

Desired qualifications but not required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.

5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a condo association setting.

CAI Designation - Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management. This is ACM, PCAM, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Sensitive to others.

Proficiency in any property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Have your own computer.

Live on the property or commit to coming during daytime hours, M-F, you state preference.

If you have your own medical plan, even more desirable.

Not just a management job for some communities but will require some physical labor like landscaping.

Always will require interfacing with owners and vendors, trade skills a plus as an advisory
