Position: Service Assistant

- Perform other related duties as assigned by Service Manager and/or Agent.
- Work as a Team to achieve Agency-wide goals.
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Communicate effectively and be adaptable to change.
Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Answering the phone
- Scanning and savings docs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Creating client folders for incoming office appointments
- Accept and process payments
- Correspond with clients, lenders, prospects, etc, via phone, email, in-person
- Schedule Insurance and Financial Review appointments for Agent
- Processing changes for client’s policies
- Working with banks/lenders re: client changes
- Other duties as assigned
