We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with numbers, and experienced in general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
> Conduct payroll twice a month
> Calculate and process employee bonuses and tips
> Manage accounts payable: write checks and make credit card payments
> Record expenses and payments accurately in QuickBooks
> Use Excel to track tours and other business metrics
> Submit required documents to state agencies for permits
> Make timely payments to state agencies, including GE tax
> Perform general administrative housekeeping duties
> Complete bank runs for change, deposits, and other transactions
Qualifications:
> Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
> Strong attention to detail and accuracy
> Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
> Reliable transportation for occasional errands (e.g., bank runs)
> Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
