We are seeking a part-time Business Administrator to support our Hawaii operations.

This position is fully remote, as we do not maintain a physical office in Hawaii. However, occasional in-person support will be needed for roadshow events. This role is well-suited for someone looking for a flexible second job with reliable weekly pay, meaningful responsibilities, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, oversee, and occasionally participate in roadshow events, ensuring smooth set-up, professional displays, staff coordination, and customer interaction.

Assist with recruiting and staffing for roadshows by posting job advertisements and managing applicants.

Develop and maintain connections with local businesses and community organizations to expand brand presence in Hawaii.

Track and organize projects, deadlines, and event performance metrics.

Manage company social media accounts with Hawaii-focused content that engages customers and strengthens the brand’s identity.

Assist in creating marketing and branding materials such as flyers, promotional cards, and event displays.

Provide reliable administrative support to management, acting as the key point of contact for Hawaii operations.
