We have an immediate opening for a Resident Service Coordinator on Hickam.
Must have a vehicle to use to work daily and a valid Driver's License. Must pass military base access requirements.

Job Type: Full-time | Temporary (3 – 6 months, possible extension)
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Hours may change or vary depending on needs.
Summary of Job Description:
Scheduling of service order work, monitor service order schedule and schedule follow up work orders and parts installation.
Monitor open work orders using Open WO Analysis Report.
Utilize Yardi to manage the service process and reconcile service hours.
Ensure all maintenance policies are implemented. Ensure work orders are coded and classified correctly.
Provide management with resources required to make informed decisions about operations, and work with them to review maintenance reports to determine any issues and make recommendations for solutions.
Review reports for inaccuracies and ensure goals are being met.
Monitor data to assist in correction of errors and prevention or future errors.
Manage subcontracted work completion and assist with quality control.
May need to fill in for other maintenance management or admin positions as needed to cover for vacations, illnesses, vacancies, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Type at least 40 wpm
1+ years of Office Administration experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience using Yardi is a plus; but not required
