Akamai Motors is seeking a motivated Office Manager to join our team at a used car dealership. Responsibilities include managing inventory records, scheduling appointments, processing sales paperwork, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software and social media advertising, and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in scheduling. The business is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on Sunday. Starting pay is $20.00 an hour, plus bonuses with pay increases depending on performance. Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits. Paid vacation after 1 year.
Requirements:
