A well-established construction company in Honolulu is seeking a responsible and energetic team member with previous administrative and/or accounts receivable/payable experience. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the finance and project team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, and providing essential support to our project team. Willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities include:
Managing front desk
Administrative support to the project and finance teams.
General office maintenance and operation.
Data Entry and record keeping.
Other clerical duties and errands as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key by touch.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints and working effectively as a team player in a professional office environment.
High School Diploma a MUST.
General accounting background (preferred).
Previous exposure to construction industry (preferred).
