### Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support our project managers and electricians, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and provide information as needed.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling fieldwork, coordinating with clients and team members, and managing calendars.
- Document Management: Maintain organized records of contracts, permits, and project documentation.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with invoicing, payroll processing, and tracking expenses.
- Supply Management: Order and track office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Customer Interaction: Ensure excellent customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
### Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or electrical industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
