Founded in 2003, Nylawn is a locally owned and operated licensed Landscape Contractor and Hawaii's leader in synthetic turf and playground installation. Operating out of Sand Island, our company services include sales, installation of commercial and residential lawns, putting greens, shades, recreation surfacing and playgrounds throughout the Islands.
We are in need of a dependable administrative assistant to support the day to day operations of our administrators, management and team.
Our warehouse office has a casual atmosphere and dress that includes a company shirt. The office is in our warehouse and can be a dusty environment. With growth and working in construction, it can be stressful at times. We need someone that can help us with growth and challenges.
This is a full time position of 30 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from approximately
8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Duties include:
Excellent attendance & punctuality
Answering phone calls and checking messages
Checking, sending, receiving and processing email correspondence
Checking and processing mail
Basic customer service for emailed and phone inquiries
Greet and assist with appointments and walk in customers
Schedule site visits for estimates
Schedule pick up of materials needed for jobs
Scanning of documents and receipts, maintaining files
Data entry
Cleaning
Frequent dusting and cleaning of the office and showroom
Keeping the bathroom and kitchen area cleaned and restocked
Assist management with clerical duties
Managing Social media apps: Facebook, Instagram
Experience and familiarity with the following is a plus
