Mr. Kate, popular interior designer, YouTuber, and entrepreneur, is looking for the right person to join our team as a Social Media Assistant Producer. We produce weekly content for our over 6 million followers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook, and run a successful home decor business that is sold in every major retailer. We're all about making the world a more beautiful and fun place and we need your help!
Position Overview:
Ready to dive into the world of Mr. Kate? We're seeking a savvy social media whiz with a knack for creating engaging content to help us further elevate our online presence. In this role, you'll collaborate with our team to craft compelling content, interact with our amazing community, and bring our brand to life across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create captivating content for our social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and beyond. This includes knowledge of filming, lighting, composition and editing.
Manage our content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Edit videos and graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut to maintain our high-quality standards.
Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social media campaigns and projects.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
