Ongoing recruitment to fill a fulltime Assistant Site Manager / Handyperson position: tasks include, but not limited to, the patrol of grounds, buildings, and parking. Electrical and plumbing checks, with minor repairs of such, servicing of grills, and very light janitorial duties. Site management as assigned. Daily logs. Training period is provided. Pay commensurate with experience. Must be available all days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pool Operator Certification a plus (will be enrolled in training course if selected for position)
