Raynor Hawai'i Overhead Doors is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes overseeing the inventory of materials, receiving incoming product, and ensuring that all employees are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner for maximum productivity.
Essential Functions:
Responsible to back up the Warehouse Supervisor in all warehouse activities
Receive incoming product and place in warehouse for efficient retrieval. This includes supervising the unloading of containers and ensuring the safety and productivity of the unloading crew.
Organize and maintain residential door and operator inventory
Oversee the door preparation, glazing, painting, insulating, special size door modifications, special hardware kit assembly and operator assembly. Learn how to perform each function so you can train others.
Work with Operations to schedule material and fabrication needs so doors are ready when needed
Oversee delivery of doors to docks for outer island shipments - fill out POs and confirm correct, complete shipment of undamaged material
Prepare next day's loads in advance to assure rapid deployment of Installers. This may include preassembly of components and prepping the motors for some jobs.
Quality Control - Be sure all outgoing product is undamaged and that jobs are loaded completely and correctly
Complete weekly count of parts needed in the warehouse and turn in the report to Residential Operations Manager every Monday
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining and updating the live inventory report for stock doors
Be available for other duties as assigned possibly including special delivery and pickup runs in company vehicles
Requirements:
·Must currently live on O'ahu
·Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
·Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
·Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
