SITE MANAGER (Big Island)
Seeking Inspirational leader for the Site Manager position at a Premier, luxury resort on the Big Island. Must be energetic, detail-oriented and have a positive attitude, with a minimum of 2 years' management experience in hospitality industry.
This position plays a leadership role in the day-to-day operations, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, while efficiently managing expenses and optimizing service levels.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
Proficiency in operating within budget, including but not limited to cost controls & labor costs.
Proven track record of implementing and upholding cleanliness and guest service standards.
Great track record in creating a positive team member work environment.
