We are looking for HVAC Estimator/Project Manager with experience in general & HVAC/R construction. Successful candidate will have the following experience: Read, analyze & interpret blue prints/job specifications; Prepare take-offs; Develop/maintain sub-contractor/material supplier lists; Solicit, obtain & analyze bids from sub-contractors/material vendors; Keep abreast of current changes & trends in construction codes. Salary is dependent on experience, bonus dependent on sales, project management.
